Evatic Map

Evatic Map is an add-on application for Evatic Service. Evatic Map allows you to see where service technicians and service tasks are located at any time. Evatic Map is an up-to-date visual service technician planning and scheduling tool, increasing the efficiency of your service planning. In scalable maps the service dispatcher can simply assign service jobs to technicians by using the drag and drop functionality, providing complete control over distances, routes and unassigned service tasks.

Service technicians and service tasks are represented as symbols on the electronic maps. The dispatcher may easily zoom in to view further details of a service assignment when required. Whenever a new service task is registered a new symbol will appear on the e-map.

Click on a service task on the e-map and details connected to the task will be displayed.

Service assignment planning and scheduling

By clicking on a service technician, followed by one or more service assignments, Evatic Map will plan the most sensible route and add this to the selected technician’s schedule. Evatic Map will then display the route for one or more service technicians directly on the e-map.

Analyse and visualise costs connected to  geographical distribution

With Evatic Map it is easy to display the cost patterns connected to the customers that you service. This makes it easy to analyse whether, for instance, high costs are connected to a geographical region (e.g. higher travelling costs) and thereby adjust the cost structure. Thus, Evatic Map may help to avoid costs of inefficient service planning through service chain optimization, thus supporting the planning processes with a powerful graphical user interface.
