Paperless work flow at Sharp

Sharp Sofeb - Sharp’s French operations - has recently decided to use Evatic’s Mobile solution for Android – EMA. This will greatly reduce the paper flow in the service department as receiving and reporting work orders now will be handled automatically by the EMA solution. 

With just a few keystrokes Sharp Sofeb’s team of service technicians will easily be able to navigate to the customer’s site with the integrated map feature. While onsite the technician will have complete access to service history, user handbooks and information about stock. By the touch of the fingertips information about consumables, spare parts and time spent on the job can be registered and reported – ready to be invoiced in no time.
 
Evatic Mobile for Android™ is continuously synced with Evatic Service, and if operating in an area with limited or no wireless connection, all work is stored and transmitted safely and automatically once the connection has been restored.
